Move-In / Move-Out Procedures
To help protect shared spaces and ensure a smooth transition for all residents, the Body Corporate requires adherence to the following steps:
Before You Move:

Notify Building Management – Provide at least 5 business days’ notice.

Book the Lift (if applicable) – Required for moves involving furniture or large items.

Approved Moving Hours:

Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

No moves permitted on Sundays or public holidays.

Secure Required Forms – Download and submit a completed Move-In/Out Notification Form.

Deposit or Bond (if required) – Confirm with building management if any refundable deposits apply.
During Your Move:

Protect flooring and walls in common areas as directed.

Ensure doors are not propped open unattended.

Use only designated access routes and avoid disrupting other residents.
